What does it mean to be a sponsor?

Providing all-ages, Free concerts, appeals to people in every walk of life. With shows being produced in Portland, OR and access to artists from around the world; any business being a sponsor would be noticed for helping to bring something special to the area. LightWorker NonProfit Productions always brings family friendly music with a positive conscious message, regardless of the genre.

Advertising, Coverage, and Exposure

When we produce shows, promotion is our biggest focus. We advertise our events in all major local publications, print color handbills to distribute at related events, print large color posters, and use target market internet and radio promotion. In anything printed, distributed, or in any paid advertising; we make sure all of our sponsors names or logos are legible and prominent.

Choose a Sponsorship Package

There are three levels of financial sponsorship that may be utilized when choosing to be a sponsor for a LightWorker NonProfit Productions event. Each level has different attributes and financial responsibility. Any "in-kind" sponsorship that is relevant to the needs of the event are also welcomed!

Level I Sponsor: BUSINESS NAME / Contact Us

Business Name on all promotional materials.
Including: Posters, handbills, internet ads, and any other distribution methods.

Level II Sponsor: BUSINESS NAME + LOGO + BOOTH / Contact Us

A 10x10 Booth space to display your product or business goals.*
Business Logo on all printed materials.
Business Name on all printed materials.
Including: Posters, handbills, internet ads, and any other distribution methods.

Level III Sponsor: Co-Production / Contact Us

Business listed as "co-producer" on all printed materials.
A 10'x10' Booth space to display your product or business goals.*
Business Logo on all promotional materials.
Business Name on all promotional materials.
Including: Posters, handbills, internet ads, and any other distribution methods.

In-Kind Sponsorship / Contact Us

Any business or organization that is willing to be a sponsor by contributing resources is very much welcomed. Your business name and logo will be featured in all printed material and purchased advertisements. This includes posters, handbills, internet ads and any other distribution methods. As long as the resources or service is relevant to the event, we will consider it. If you would like to be an in-kind sponsor, please contact us directly.
